Projects, sprints, tasks and deliverables explained

Every engagement follows the same structure: a project → sprints → deliverables (tasks) → subtasks → checklist items.

Tasks tab

Switch between board and list view, filter by sprint, owner or status, drag to reorder and edit inline. Each task can be assigned to run as ✨ Claude or 🧑 Human. Click + Add to add a single task or apply a templated plan (Onboarding, SEO, Web Design, Facebook Ads, PPC Ads, LSA Ads) as a new sprint.

Task detail panel

Open a task for a rich Markdown description, custom fields, ClickUp-style subtasks with their own checklists (completion rolls up automatically), attachments (upload or link) and @mention comments scoped to the task or to an individual subtask.

Deliverables tab

One row per deliverable type, rolled up from the tasks underneath: progress, owner, send date, status and link. This is the view to share with a client-facing account manager.

Editing the templates

The plans you apply from + Add are editable in Settings → Project Plans. Change a template and every future sprint you create from it picks up the change.
