Agency OS can't find my Blueprint subscription

Billing & AccountAgency OSUpdated September 2026

What each claim error means and the exact fix, whether the email is wrong, the subscription lapsed, or it matches more than one account.

Agency OS access comes from your Blueprint Training subscription. The first time you sign in, the app asks you to claim that subscription, which links the email you pay with to the email you log in with. They are often not the same address, and that is what almost every failure here comes down to.

The claim screen shows one of four messages. They look similar and mean different things, so match the wording exactly.

"No subscription was found for that email"

We have no Blueprint subscription under the address you entered. Nearly always, you are paying under a different email than the one you typed.

  • Check the address on your Blueprint receipts or card statement. A personal Gmail and a work address on the same domain are the usual mix-up.
  • If the paying address is not yet on your account, add and verify it in your user profile first, then run the claim again. The claim only accepts verified addresses.
  • If someone else at your agency pays, claim with their address, then have them invite you as a team member instead.

"We found past Blueprint subscriptions for that email, but none of them is currently active"

The email is right. The subscription is not running. This is a lapsed or cancelled plan, or a payment that failed and was never retried.

  • Reactivate at The Blueprint Training, then sign in again. Access returns on the next sign-in, with nothing to re-enter.
  • If you believe the plan is current, check whether the card on file expired. A silent failed renewal reads exactly like a cancellation here.

"That email matches more than one subscription"

Two or more Blueprint subscriptions carry the same email, so we cannot tell which one this workspace belongs to. This happens after an upgrade, a re-subscribe, or buying a second seat under one address.

There is no self-serve fix for this one by design, because picking the wrong one would attach your workspace to the wrong plan. Contact support with the email you pay with and we will point the right subscription at your workspace.

"No unclaimed subscription was found for that email"

The subscription exists and is active, but another workspace already claimed it. One subscription covers one workspace.

  • If a colleague set up the workspace already, you do not need to claim anything. Ask them to invite you and sign in with that invitation.
  • If you created a second workspace by accident, sign back into the original one. Your work is there, not in the new empty one.
  • If you genuinely need a second workspace, that needs a second subscription. Contact support.

A note on which email to use

The email you log in with does not have to be the one you pay with, and after the first claim it rarely is. The claim links the two once. After that, log in with whichever address you prefer.

Still stuck?

Contact support with the email on your payment and the name of your workspace. Quote the exact message you are seeing, because the four above take four different fixes.
