Why We Built Our Own System
We couldn't find a project management tool that would support our workflow, so we built our own. The tool runs in the Google Suite and is built specifically for managing SEO campaigns.

The System Structure
The Tasks > Deliverables > Action Items system is integral to our agency's operations. We track all clients and projects in a single file, which allows us to take a peek when needed and understand where a client is in their campaign.
